Condom Size Guide
Start by measuring the circumference of your penis while erect. Do you have a soft measuring tape? Perfect! Wrap it around your penis and read the measurement. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string instead and then measure the length of the string with a ruler or measuring stick. You can also use a caliper to measure the diameter of your penis and multiply the diameter by π (3.14) to calculate the circumference. The measurement does not need to be accurate to the exact millimetre to give you a useful guide.

How are condom sizes stated?
A condom's name does not always tell you much about its actual size. For example, a condom may be called "Large" or even "King Size" even though its nominal width is close to a standard size. There are no universal rules governing the size names manufacturers use.
The best measurement to compare is therefore the condom's nominal width, which is stated in millimetres. A 53 mm condom has a nominal width of 53 mm. This means the condom measures 53 mm across when laid flat.
In the illustration below, the nominal width is the distance between point A and point B when the condom is laid flat. The size shown on the condom packaging is therefore not the diameter or circumference of the penis.
