Start by measuring the circumference of your penis while erect. Do you have a soft measuring tape? Perfect! Wrap it around your penis and read the measurement. If you don’t have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and measure its length against a ruler or measuring stick. You can also use a caliper to measure the width. Then multiply the width by π (3.14) to calculate the circumference. Even if the measurement isn’t millimeter-precise, it will be accurate enough to find the right size.

How are sizes determined?
A condom with a "normal width" is sometimes called large (or even King Size). This might be because it has a spacious fit at the top. There are no strict rules, so manufacturers can name it whatever they like. The size is stated, for example, as 53 mm. This is not the width of the condom but rather the diameter when the condom is flattened, as shown in the image below. A bit confusing, but with this size guide, you’ll easily find the right condom.
When specifying a condom size, it is not the diameter that is stated but rather the ring compressed between point A and point B above. Those who remember their school math lessons know that the circumference is the diameter * π (pi).
