Shipping Information
Your order is sent discreetly and with free shipping for orders over 49€. We deliver all over the world. We have individual sites for certain countries with local payment options. You can always use this site don't find your site in the list or just prefer the english one. The assortment differ a little bit.

What does "discreet" mean?
Neither the sender address or packaging reveals that you have purchased condoms.
Your order is shipped the same day. This applies to orders made before 1500 hours (CET +1), working days.
Order Terms
When ordering time and your computer's IP address is logged. Fake orders affecting other individuals are reported to the police (harassment). Placed orders are binding.
Payment Terms
At Condom King orders are paid with credit card (we support VISA/Mastercard) via one of the largest card provided in the world, Nets. Credit card info is never stored and all transactions are made through a secure line.

We have a generous return policy on all products for 14 days. Does not apply on bulk/loose condoms and opened packages. If you wish to return a purshase, send it back to:

Any costs for the order, in addition to the product cost, are non-refundable.
Replacements
We reserve the right to send substitutes in the event that the customer ordered an item that is backordered. This would normally not happen since we block purchases of out of stock items.
Prices
All price quotations include VAT (tax).
Uncollected Deliveries
If you do not pick up your items, we will charge you for delivery, return, and storage costs. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the shipment before it is automatically returned by the shipping company.
If you have placed an order without receiving a delivery notification, you must inform us immediately, as this is likely due to an incorrect email address or phone number.
The cost for uncollected shipments is €29. This fee will be deducted from your invoice as a partial refund or charged as a separate invoice.
A new delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
